HANNIBAL LEPORIDE

Hannibal Leporides the Rabbit General was famous during the Revolution. He earned his nickname Hannibal from the fact that he was an expert in the use of guinea pig-piloted behemoths which by association with mice and a system of cranks and pulleys succeeded in making the behemoths move forward and turn. by scaring them (the pulley went down the mouse hut to eye level of the animal which frightened it and made it turn in the opposite direction, to go straight, it was enough to lower the two mouse cages in same time).
